HERE’S HOW WE CAN HELP:

  • When you join the collective, the entire roastery is at your disposal. Schedule time slots online and manage them as required; or set to recurring if you’re roasting a predictable volume every week. Access to roasting machines, packaging equipment (bring friends to assist), green coffee storage, quality control tools, and cupping equipment are all included in your membership. No commitments, no fixed contracts, no risk.

  • Our mission is to eliminate the barriers to entry into coffee roasting and give you all the support needed to roast your own coffee. Not everyone who gets into roasting knows how to do it from day one, but our team will have you up and roasting in no time.

    All new members will receive training from one of our roasting coaches and access to our library of stock roast profiles. Until you’re comfortable roasting by yourself, we will work as a team to guide you through the process.

  • Before you can roast, you need something to roast

    We typically offer a selection of two classic coffees and a decaf for purchase by the kilogram

    If you want a to personalize your coffee offerings, we will help you source green coffee through our network of coffee importers

  • We always recommend ordering green coffee samples, roasting, and tasting them before committing to large sacks.

    Roast your 100 - 200g samples on the ROEST using various profiles then take them to the Coffee Lab!

  • Cup your sample roasts to select coffees you want to order

    Cup your production roasts to test for consistency or to make improvements

    Develop & test blends for your espresso and filter offerings using a variety of brewing devices
